What level of English do I need for this programme?

You need to have an A2-B1 level of English – pre-intermediate to intermediate. This course will train you to master the B1 level, so you are in the perfect position to start B2. As a rule, if you can understand most of what I say in my videos with subtitles, you are ready for this course.
